This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how We collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information in connection with Our websites, online services, vehicle service contracts, limited warranties, GAP products, ancillary products (collectively referred to as “Products”), claims, cancellations, transfers, customer service, dealer and lender relationships, and related business operations. We appreciate the trust that you have in Us, and We protect that trust by continuing to respect the privacy of all CWS Website (“Website”) users and Our Product holders.

SAFEGUARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

CWS uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We restrict access to Personal Information to personnel, affiliates, service providers, vendors, and other parties who need the information for authorized business, legal, compliance, security, Product administration, claim processing, cancellation, transfer, refund, or related purposes. CWS regularly reviews its security measures and employee education programs to help protect information.

We review Our security measures and employee training practices periodically and use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Our business operations. When We disclose Personal Information service providers or vendors, We require them to use the information only for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Products and Website are intended for adults and are not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13). We also do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of children or minors for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
